This is amazing! "A cyclist made an incredible save to avoid falling 30 feet off a bridge during a race. At the annual Santa Barbara County Road Race in Southern California, a bunch of cyclists were involved in an accident which sent one biker airborne. Mike Allec's bike flew over the bridge and he was left clinging to the barrier of the bridge. If he slipped he would have dropped 30-feet to certain death." www.yahoo.com/tv/watch-cyclist-cling-wall-dear-223223230.htmlCheers Jim

Oh my word! That was a close call.
I never used to worry about accidents at all as a young man, I am more aware of it now, and think it about it more often - I don't think I would bounce like I used to and the extra weight really wouldn't help to cushion the fall either, and all of my recent injuries have taken ages to recover from.

I also worry about a serious accident that would take a long time to heal; when you get old, you only have so much time left. The saying goes "It's no accident that old men are careful"
