Nice original condition and a very fair price. My 1976 International came with Shimano 500 rear derailleur so it's not impossible that's it's the original one.

From the center of the BB to the top tube is 24", the additional inch to ge to the stated 25" in my ad is the seat tube above that. I was surprised that it measured that much, frankly. You can see in the ad there is not much seatpost showing. That's where my father in law kept the seat. I could add that he was probably 5"10" at his peak height.
