Spotted this Nishiki while out for a walk last week, IMG_0669 (1) by RMT@261, on Flickr which had a nice bit of triple drillium for Bendo: IMG_0670 by RMT@261, on Flickr Though it suffered in comparison with the rest of the view: DSC02022 by RMT@261, on Flickr Banff Avenue, Alberta, Canada. Beautiful.

Drillium looks oh so good! I have never been to Alberta, but it looks like Colorado.
Cheers Jim

Wow, that is a big leap between the middle and smallest chainring. The small one would be good for the hills around there! (what make was the FD?)
Great shot of the high street - looks a bit Twin Peaks to me.

Suntour ARX (Suntour ARX3(?)) image search on the web gets these. It appears there were a number of Suntour ARX derailleurs. The image below is not clear but perhaps one can try an image search themselves to see the different kinds. To me, it appears the chain isn't even running through the RD the normal way. Tension?

I guess I am re-inflating a year old thread. I just bought one of the aforementioned Suntour ARX three pulley derailleurs. I plan to someday install it on a Windsor AM6 Touring Elite (that I have). I plan on making the old girl into a home for unusual components. Handmade in Mexico, the Windsor Touring Elite is currently blessed with Columbus tubing and a very conventional Suntour Cyclone drive-train.

3 pulleys, well, keep us up to date if it goes into action. Yes, I'm slightly aware of that Windsor as well.

Old Tehachapi; I've been to Bakersfield, do you live near there? I thought you lived farther north.

Old Tehachapi; I've been to Bakersfield, do you live near there? I thought you lived farther north. Tehachapi is 50 miles east of Bakersfield at the top of a mountain pass. I actually live in Bear Valley Springs, which is another 12 miles back into the hills, but still part of the greater Tehachapi area. www.bearvalleysprings.com/All the Best Jim
