Hi All, I thought I would gather together all the stuff from the Death Fork Rally that seems such a long time ago but was only a month! I know this is on the CTC thread, but I just think it will in future be easier to refer to on here and easier to find. So, first of all the Viscount, Lambert and Trusty Team photo Viscount Rally by Sooper 8, on Flickr All of the day's photo's are on my Flickr set here www.flickr.com/photos/21449750@N00/sets/72157634526712007/There are some great shots and some average ones taken on an iPhone. My son took the team photo and the great pictures on there. Here is the video I put togther using some shaky iPhone footage and some better footage from my son's camera. And finally, here is the Garmin data that Whippet (Kev) provided for the first half of the ride. Believe me, it was much hotter than 70degrees. Click on link below to take you to the Garmin page. I can't seem to embed it on here. Death Fork Rally Ride DataIf anyone has more photo's of things to share then please feel free to add to this thread. For information, the ride/gathering was the largest group of Viscount's that had been in the same place since probably 1979. It was organised by Bustaste who also started the mammoth thread on CTC about Lambert/Viscount bikes. A very big thank you to him for his effort and hard work to get it all to come together. It was a great day and I can't wait for the next one!

Whilst the "death fork" title seems to be truely attatched to Viscount,I have heard today that a mass market bike, from a well known supplier, has fork problems. Not just road bikes, but also mountain bikes. Snapped leg on road bike, yoke on mountain bike. Two different type of bike from just the one branch. Far east quality control isn't,perhaps, what it should be! Cheers, Pete.
