Doesn't look to have lugs,but it seems to have a conventional bottom bracket.I suppose that could
have been replaced with a bracket for stripped threads.
Steel wheels?

A curiosity, that's what it is.
Looks like a lugless frame, with mixed parts on it. The stem's not SR, but one of those with a nut holding the bolt in place. Alloy rims, by the look of it? Must have been a special GB edition. Agree that for 99 quick I'd expect to have better pictures. And what's with the kept in a pet free home? Smoke free I'd understand, but pet free?
