At east they're warm, safe, and dry. If there was a Cruelty to Bikes organization, I'd probably be locked up. My best classics are safely in the basement, the lesser class are shivering on the back porch and unheated garage. Hovering near 0 degF in Western Pennsylvania USA, all my riding is on the indoor trainer.
