Inspired by a pic posted by vtchuck, I've come up with a decal idea, perhaps to coincide with DFR3. If people are interested I can see about uploading it to my RedBubble site as a sticker. You'd have to cut it to shape yourself but it's prob quite do-able. Behold, the Death Fork blade decal! Moohahahahaaaa! b

OK, because you asked for it, here it is. You get 6 on a sheet, just because that's how big RedBubble's default sticker page is. They each should be about 3cm square in real life. They're only AUD$2.53 each, or something. b

Mine are on order, too. Accidentally placed an order for 9 sets, so I'll bring a few to the rally if anyone wants them.

Thanks guys! I just got home to an email from Redbubble saying I'd made a sale. Def more satisfying than likes on FB! Thanks for buying so many Stell, even if by accident. They're so cheap you can have them on temporarily for fun and it's no drama. It's not like spending 20 quid on a NOS Dura Ace "System Compo Series" decal.
Look forward to seeing them on everyone's bikes at DFR3!

I'll have a set off you Stella, even though none of my bikes have a "Death Fork". I do have a Mk3 alloy fork, which I may use on a future build though. Cheers, Pete.

Since I was the inspiration, I had to have a set! So how long will it take to get from Down Under to the Great White North by tramp steamer?

Since I was the inspiration, I had to have a set! So how long will it take to get from Down Under to the Great White North by tramp steamer? Absolutely. I was looking at the pictures of your inspiration forks again the other day — dang! they look good. As for shipping time, no idea mate, sorry. There's a good chance they're printed up your way anyway. Redbubble is based in SF. The other day I ordered a vinyl banner online from an apparently Aussie company, but then the package came from Bangalore. On reflection it was curious how all my emails were answered at 4am... Here's the sticker doing its job: b

BTW, here's that frame & fork built up. Turns the frame is an 85.... first year Cannondale made a racing frame. Original fork was Tange cro-mo: Was going to give it to my son, but I liked it so much, I decided he's getting a Trek 1400

The fork on my Sport is a Kinesis Crosslight.A great fork and a lot lighter than a death fork. Cheers, Pete.

I'm sure there are some on here here somewhere. If you go to the facebook Viscount site,it's the bike at the start of the video. I have a few bikes to ride, well more than a few,to be honest.I still tend to go for the sport.Just had a bimble of about 18 miles around Wiltshire on a glorious English late summer day. Cheers, Pete.

You speak for yourself John.I was a very hard working family man for nearly all of the '70's! I've been trying to make up forthe loss ever since. Cheers, Pete.
