An interesting site that I occasionally visit. www.oldbike.eu/museum/Much of the material vastly pre-dates our Viscounts, but open oldbike.eu and scroll down (on the right) to 1959 and the Trusty Pavemaster children's bicycle, to read an interesting piece on the origins of the Trusty Manufacturing Company Limited who ultimately produced Lambert and Viscount bicycles.

Would you be able to provide link for that page on the origins of Trusty please? I am struggling to navigate that site. All of this information is just mind boggling really isn't it? It's hard to think back to the days before the internet.

Jem, Yes, t'internet really has become the 'information superhighway' - vast quantities of instantly and easily accessible information with just a few clicks. Still prefer the feel of a book in my hand though. See if this gets you any further . . . oldbike.wordpress.com/Sprockit
