Beautiful pictures Jem! Makes me want to be there, knock the kickstand back and... ride. Cheers Fran...I used the folder a lot for a couple of years. It was in the camper van and I used to cycle off down down lanes looking for small food shops to save taking the van. Sometimes it might turn into a few hours just cycling about looking around the area. These pics were in Wales (pre covid days)

I do like those tyres, they look the same one as I have on the Trent Tourist, albeit smaller. Tried to find some 20β tyres with puncture protection for the Triumph Traffic Master, these Schwalbe were on offer at SJS Cycles for Β£10. Some days I think they look cool, another day I think they look a bit like wheelchair tyres.

Those tyres compliment the traffic master nicely nice machine Franco looks fantastic π Thanks chap. You probably already know this but thought Iβd mention it anyway, if you find the gears to high you can swap the rear sprocket for very little money. I put a 22T on the the Traffic Master, cost me about Β£4. Easy to do, just take the circlip off and swap. You have to put a new longer chain on though obviously if itβs a larger sprocket. Worth it though if you cycle in a hilly area. www.sjscycles.co.uk/sprockets/sturmey-archer-22t-sprocket-18-dished-cp-hsl830/

Looking really good! What did you use to polish up the chrome it has come up like new? I like how you used the black and decker workmate as a work stand, I was using the same until recently purchasing a stand from decathlon. A bit pricey but they are some around Folder

Autosol metal polish franco my mates who do classic motorbikes swear by it not expensive either Amazon have it at Β£4.75 I think wilko stock it as well but at less than Β£5 you don't have to leave The house ππ The black and Decker was a great height I have a nice variable height stool on wheels and soft top it's a good combo but I will check out the stand. thanks for the links I have been keeping my eye out but as you say some are a bit over pricey.Cheers chris

I think the last 4/5 months have cleared out a lot of garages and sheds ! At Β£20 that was a bargain. I don't think the colour is that unusual, wandering sheep. But possibly not seen often. Remember that production volumes were minute, compared to the Raleigh "Twenty". We are well into the Lambert story BTW, which is nothing to do with these Trusty/Viscount 'shoppers',but promises to be an interesting read ! You read it here first. .
