...is on the Viscount Facebook group, if you would like to share in the extended daydream I have just had about buying it and finding out in an unlikely twist of fate that I am awesome at track cycling and fully capable of riding the thing to victory like Rocky but with bikes... Genuinely lovely.

No (thank goodness - there's no way I'd be able to hang on to the housekeeping if it was) but there was a sort of prologue to my daydream that involved me unfurling a crisp new tenner and the owner being very happy to accept in return for the bike, the wheels and the signed, framed certificate.
