Info is not quite correct as Viscount didn't exist in 1971.

Sorry, I only had a cursory glance at the bike in the first picture, and the handlebar stem clamp looks to have the Viscount "V' on the bolt, so I assumed it was a Viscount.
I think Lambert produced bikes from 1971 to 1973, and then became Viscount from 1973/4 to 1983.
I have a vague recollection that Lambert had some sort of connection with Viking.
One of our other forum members has a Reg Harris, which I think is a Lambert, but it has a lugged frame.
Yours is definitely a Lambert, so 1971 to 1973.
Lovely bike with rarity value for someone's collection.
