Good evening
We are the original owners of two Viscount Aero Space Pro (silver and blue) bicycles purchased new in Milwaukee in 1976 or 1977. My wife and I road them for a number of years but they have essentially been in storage, mostly hanging over head since the late 80's.
The larger frame is original except for one wheel, handle bar wraps and brake handle sleeves. This bike still has the death fork. The tires need replacement. This bike was ridden for a several 1000 miles.
The smaller frame is original except for the seat, handle bar wraps and brake handle sleeves. This bike has the death forks. The tires need replacement. This bike was only ridden for under 1000 miles.
Both bikes are un-restored, but should be considered to be in excellent condition.
Is there an interest in these bikes in the mid-west portion of the US?

Hello, and welcome Greydrake,
When you say 'is there an interest' , do you mean for buying and selling? (or riding)? Either way, I think the answer to both is 'yes'.
Although the enthusiasm is high for these classic bikes, this isn't always reflected in the price, and they are essentially a 'best bang for buck' option for a buyer looking for a steel framed bike from that era.
If you want to post up some pictures in the 'personally selling' section below, then there may be interest here. Maybe an idea would be to check ebay/CL and see what kind of prices they fetch in your area.

Hi, do you still have the bikes? I see the original post was a year ago, and I don't recall the user ever coming back to follow up on this. But, you can send them a personal message and I think it might create an email to that user to remind them to check the thread they started- you never know, they might still have them Admin
