Update... Having spent 3 years unicycling across Europe, Asia, and Australasia, 23-year old Ed Pratt has now set off from the West Coast of the USA on his round the world trip.  Ed's trip so far 19/02/18 by RMT@261, on Flickr His videos are remarkable for a solo traveller - you can follow his adventures via his YouTube page, and in his most recent video he shows all the gear he's carrying. You can track his route at Where's Ed?, where I took these screenshots. He appears to be heading for Bakersfield right now, and Tehachapi looks like it could be on his route. If you can keep an eye out for him, Jim, I'm sure he'd appreciate a helping hand with an overhaul! I was watching for him, but he took Walker Pass instead of Tehachapi Pass. I would to have loved to watch his descent into Inyokern. It is a Steep descent, with many curves, and high winds! He also may have been caught in Thursday nights snow storm. I wonder how one descends on a unicycle?
