Just thought I would share a few pics of a recent trip to Morocco. I spent a week at altitude and got up to around 13,500 feet on one hike. I felt some effects lower down the mountains, such as sleep problems and needing a break more than normal - but up at that altitude it was really tough, and I was glad to get back to the trailhead village of Imlil at 5700 feet and felt positively zippy at that height. I would highly recommend Morocco and can say that there is something for everyone there. Great, warm welcoming people. Thanks for sharing! I get to live vicariously through your travels. I'm sure immersing yourself in other cultures for an extended trip just broadens your horizons and perspectives tremendously. Reminds me of an Anthony Bourdain episode (Places Unknown on CNN for those haven't heard of him). Your photos are professional level....very nice!
Cheers, Michael
