As it is my local sportive I thought I should give it a go , so I signed on the dotted line for the 122 mile 'Big One'. So with cycling the 6 miles to the start and the 10 back to the pub for a well deserved Guinness , That makes my longest one day ride . Biscuit performed impeccably and with the Brooks Swift saddle was not a pain . 10/10 for the Viscount . First picture , I was doing 46 mph down hill .

Wow. Great effort. I won't ask how fast you were going in the second pic, but I see the smallest chain ring and largest cog in action there. 38-32?
Have you repainted Biscuit or is it a trick of the photos? The green of the frame on the big ride looks just like my 600ex now, but I remember Biscuit as being a bit darker.

Great photos. The bike must be a good fit. We had a Grand Fondo here that I just could not get to.
