I've always had a thing for mixtes. Mixties? That one is very pretty. Nice job.

I've been using this bike for my commute since before Christmas. Reason was roadworks on the Embankment is making the route rough for my other bikes with skinnier tyres. But, as Sooper8 says about the Sebring mixte he has, it rides well. A bit like sailing along. I'm also trying putting the panniers on the front rack.

Resurrecting this thread, because I spotted one of these parked up at Leeds University. I left a note stuck to the handlebars suggesting that the owner might like to visit this website.
Lets see.......

This certainly looks similar - the bar tape and the frame size looks the same. I'll check up on the other details, next time I see it around the campus. That photo looks like it's outside the branch of Pret a Manger in Commercial Street, just up the road from Boots: that tarmac patch over the block paving is very recognisable!

Looks nice doesn't it? And well locked up. But the Bike Police say "get that stem slammed down!" It does look a bit high - verging on the unsafe?
