Enjoyed my Christmas break and have been industrious Found another (better) Lugged GP and spent a little time on it, even tried my hand at re-leathering a tatty saddle (don't worry, repaired and kept the old pattern) Before and after shown and took advice for Panaracers off robt, thank you link to photo's Lugged GP II

Nice. The saddle looks great, along with everything else.

That's a really lovely job you've done there. Chapeau!
Is that a new headset, or have you cleaned up the original?
Do you know if your fork crown race is ISO (26.4mm) or JIS (27.00mm)? I'm struggling to get a good fit onto my A/S Sport fork crown, which seems to be an elliptical ISO/JIS hybrid!

Original headset cleaned up 15 Bearings held in brace but didn't measure (apologies) The head race in the tulsa gl were loose bearings; is this a possible way forward for you?

Gorgeous bike!! I suppose it's the successor to the Sebring.

Show us the Raleigh restorations in the "other bikes" section when you're done - I used to have a Carlton and a Raleigh Royal back in the '70s and '80s, and I picked up a 1984 Royal for Mrs D last year.
