They do come in useful as lightweight helmet liners in Spring & Autumn, never mind the Eroica & DFR dressing-up opportunities. Do you have any idea what the minimum order number would be to give an affordable unit price? Should we ask KP snacks for permission to use their old logo? They might provide us with the artwork and a contribution to our costs if we ask nicely! Edit. Just looked at the Impsports link and artwork/design requirements. I'm not confident that we could find a demand for more than 99 caps to achieve the £10.50 unit price, so the 10-99 price of £12 each looks most likely. The centre band design looks as though it's the one for the go-faster stripe look of your original. I don't understand the technicalities of vector artwork etc. Do we have access to a simple Viscount logo in that format? I'm assuming that there is no licence holder for the Viscount logos any more.

I'd go for one. Maybe instead of the KP Crisps logo, we could put the old tag line: "Viscount took it off so you could get it on." Underneath the brim, like this Rustines cap. b

I'd be interested. Worth approaching KP I think - unless people think their logo is not attractive or not worthy of being associated with Viscount.

I'd be up for one. Maybe two. Always nice to have a spare.

I'll get on to this soon then. I'm personally not too bothered about keeping KPCrisps on there ( unless they are willing to offer some support financially). I'll report back.

Count me in for a hat. I too would prefer just plain Viscount, the red, white and blue stripe can stay though. Goes with the many red and blue Viscounts and is the GB stripe.

Should we go for the style of the one John Atkins is wearing in Scott's 1978 magazines? Replace the Shimano on the side with Viscount?

I only seem to be able to find manufacturers that will custom print on polyester caps not cotton. I'm a bit of a fabric facist and would only want one if it were cotton.
I will keep searching but if anyone can point me in the direction, then I'd be grateful.

I used to be a natural-fabrics-only devotee, until I discovered the joys of breathable technical fabrics, so if you planned to wear a cap as a helmet liner, then polyester could be preferable to cotton.

Put me down for a couple as well please if there's enough interest. I hope to get back riding after having some surgery late last year, although my surgeon tells me to stay out of a saddle until at least the end of April.

Yay, I saw your post in the facebook group. One way to share pictures is have them in a photo site and post the link. There is a viscount group on flickr flic.kr/g/aU1B4
